Les Boutographies extend their stay at La Panacée. Françoise Huguier is president of the Jury. Pascal Beausse, curator of the CNAP’s photographic collections, and Catherine Gfeller, Swiss visual artist, are members. Privileged links have been forged with the excellent Ostkreuzschule für Pregnant in Berlin, from which several exhibitors come, and which is the subject of a retrospective of its students' work. The Austrians from Fotohof (Salzburg) have become active and much appreciated partners, while Reiner Riedler, also Austrian, returns to Montpellier to exhibit an important series in the library of the faculty of medicine: The machines that save.
Pierre Liebaert, the youngest of the Jury Prize winners, is the only one to win this award a second time, four years after the first. A partnership is established with Les Jours, an information and photography site that publishes the work of young Belgian-Tunisian Kamel Moussa.
