The Children of Carrow Browne

Présentation

As the most important minority in Ireland, the Travellers lead a nomadic life and live on the outskirts of cities. Eight families live on a council site, near a rubbish dump in the suburbs of Galway. Children grow up, play, laugh and seem impervious to their environment. Sometimes we sense a lack of lightness in their postures and games but their juvenile innocence protects them from desperation and determinism.
