As a child, I was obliged to read a psalm of David twice a day, morning and evening.
“Miserere“ contemplates the notion of the sacred and associated taboos. The impulse for research on this topic arose as a result of my adolescent experience, when I spent a significant part of my time in a convent. Each frame corresponds to both a traumatic memory and a line from the psalms.
