Présentation
Object of fascination and desire, the body as erotic symbol is often represented, always codified. If female nudity is widely present in photography, the male nude is in comparison not very visible and addressed most of the time with a unilateral approach. Based on this observation, The Company of Men explores the ideal of the male body by questioning its multiple phantasmagorical representations. Image after image, proximity and sensuality develop between these bodies. Between romanticism and sexuality, suggestion and revelation, an invitation is launched: to look, to imagine, to desire.
