Présentation

Let us take a trip to the island of Cephalonia, where Olga is originally from. Her relationship with her motherland cannot be shrunk down to nostalgia, or even melancholy. It is also of a history of isolation - of an affective stranglehold. To go and to come back again is to look at the intolerable and at the unalienable in the face, to try to comprehend what is both close and unfathomable. Ultimately, the series is not about time or territory; it weaves around the place's idiosyncrasies and the follies that belong only there, it is intertwined with the phantoms, either gentle or stern, that have been created collectively and that some have had to leave behind.
