Présentation
Xavier Voirol became interested in the education and apprenticeship offered by the French ‘maritime’ lycées. These young people, mostly still teenagers, and would-be mariners by family tradition, have already acquired the notion of belonging to the sea and to the world of work. This series touches as much on questions directly linked to the sea and its exploitation, as on those, more personal, which determine the choice of a young adult for a career, and the possibilities open to him to enter into it.
