Biographie
Portuguese, born in Toulouse in 1983. Graduated from the ENSP, Arles in 2010. Maria-do-Mar Rêgo has exhibited in Arles, Spain, Portugal, Germany and Belgium.
Présentation
This series started in 2011. It coincided with my move to Berlin, as the result of a life-changing meeting in my life. From that moment on, I have never ceased to try and transcribe the emotions experienced resulting from this amorous encounter. It is, in effect, a eulogy to love, a fundamental which should inspire the destiny of man.
The photographs which make up this work are observations of the relationship between the body and its gestures, the attitudes, the grimaces, the buffoonery, the expressive movements of love.
