Retired from the Eurocopter Society where he made his whole career, Pierre Pédelamas is a pure product of the photoclub tradition in France. Five times winner of the national cup, he got, as an individual title, more than four hundred rewards across the world. He has been several times president of the national jury. In 2006 his book « Paysans » was published by Privat Editions. The « Master FIAP » title, the highest award to be given by the International Federation of Photography, was awarded to him in 2008.
