Vincent Gouriou’s photographs explore the growing presence of LGBTQIA+ people in rural areas, challenging the notion that their growth is limited to large cities. Vincent Gouriou shows that many LGBTQIA+ individuals choose to stay in the countryside or decide to return there, attracted by a connection to nature and in search for an ecological and sustainable lifestyle. Despite this reality, their visibility remains limited, leading to the creation of stereotypes.
